Through "experiential learning" our adventure education programs enable individuals to develop and improve a sense of personal worth, confidence, and self-esteem as evidenced by a willingness to try, to seek improvement, and to stretch personal boundaries. Our programs also assist individuals to learn how to function effectively within any group setting. Building team spirit and cooperation through a focus on communication skills, goal setting, problem solving and leadership.

High Ropes Courses
Have a high adventure on one of our five high ropes courses located at our outdoor adventure center. The high ropes have a unique appeal because of the apparent or "perceived" risk involved. Please note that safety is our number one concern and each participant wears all the appropriate safety equipment. Any of our ropes courses allows groups to explore individual challenges as well as leadership opportunities. Communication, participation, cooperation, and trust themes are realized in the unfamiliar but fun and safe atmosphere.

High Elements
High adventure's "straight up". Participants take on vertical climbing challenges while their group is there to give them support (physical as well as verbal). Challenges include climbing walls, Trapeze jump, Pamper pole, Vertical playpen, and Giants ladder.

Focused team building, groups of 8 - 12 people work together to complete a series of team building challenges introduced and facilitated by our professional instructors. This program allows you to work on specific goals, which can be incorporated into the experience.

Ice Breakers
Classroom style activities, icebreakers, initiatives and situation based teambuilding. We offer a number of custom designed programs that can be incorporated into meetings, conferences or retreats. Our activities can be run at any location, we can come to you or you can come to our 25,000 square foot indoor facility.

 

 

GPS Scavenger Hunt
Looking for a cutting edge team building program? Our GPS challenge course is a great way to learn a new skill while working closely with your team. Your group will experience problem solving while having fun in the outdoors.

 

 

 

The Big Picture
This program can take on any theme (for example survivor) participants are split into teams and take part in a series of team building initiatives, at each station they will meet with a different team and work with that team to a common goal. At the completion of each task, teams will rotate in different directions to a new station where they will meet with a new team. This program includes a mixture of fun activities and more focused team building initiatives. It is very effective at getting your whole group working together, while having fun doing it.

 

 

 

Extreme Go-Cart
A fantastic workshop that uses metaphors and creativity to promote an open dialogue, Groups work together to build a working vehicle, complete with all the components (metaphors) to be successful. On completion of building your vehicle, groups put their cart through a time trial around our pre - designed track, and present their work to the group.
