Client and Contractor (SuperGames.) jointly assume the risk of cancellation of the planned event, and agree that if circumstances beyond the control of Client and /or Contractor require such cancellation, Contractor shall be compensated on a quantum merit basis. Should an Act of God or National Emergency cause a cancellation SuperGames will allow the client to reschedule the event subject to availability. Any and all staffing fees that are committed are the responsibility of the client.
A deposit of 50% is due with signed contract to secure the date. The balance is due on or before the event day. All off site facility fees including security, electrical and clean up are the responsibility of the client.
