Ready...Set...Go!
Ready...Set...Go!! provides icebreakers or "get to know you" activities, "no prop" and "low prop" problem solving initiatives. Some of these activities are documented in a program manual, but most of the time is spent on processing... the questioning and discussion sessions during and after an activity. The facilitators (trainers) introduce participants to the many different styles and ways that groups can process information, experiences and activity results.
Initiatives Training
Initiatives training focuses on the fixed challenges at the Adventure Education Center . Topics covered in this program include safety concerns, facilitation styles, sequencing activities, processing the experience, variations of leading activities depending upon needs of your clients.
High Ropes and High Element Training
High ropes and high element training includes equipment specifications, proper fit and use of all equipment, participant & self rescues, belaying, participant assists, knot tying, course set up and takedown, facilitation styles and emergency procedures.
